At Wooster ENT, you’ll be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team that’s passionate about improving lives through expert hearing care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations
• Deliver best-in-class amplification services including real ear measurements and live speech mapping
• Recommend personalized hearing solutions to patients and consult with physicians on hearing disorders
• Educate patients about hearing aid options, pricing, and usage
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, including ear-mold acoustics, with ongoing follow-up care
• Troubleshoot and manage hearing aid repairs, exchanges, and returns

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Licensure : High school diploma or GED required; AAS in Hearing Instrument Specialist preferred. Must be licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist per Ohio state law.
• Experience & Skills :

*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

*Strong problem-solving, sales, and customer service skills

*Proficiency with audiology diagnostic tools, software, and hearing aid programming
