Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of a reputable organization seeking a Human Resources Analyst on a temporary basis. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities in HR operations, including recruitment, compensation analysis, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS, and training and development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources practices and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews and selection processes.
  • Conduct job classification reviews and assist with compensation studies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and provide guidance on benefits-related inquiries.
  • Interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff and managers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Support employee relations efforts by helping with investigations and documentation related to workplace concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to diverse employee groups and skill levels.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development of HR programs and policies to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Research and compile HR data and analytics to support decision-making on workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects across various HR functional areas, including compliance and performance management.
  • Stay current on employment law trends and HR best practices to help ensure compliance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional-level HR experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and making informed recommendations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a multi-functional HR role within a mid-sized to large organization.
  • Knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance standards.
