We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our law office in Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with a focus on deportation cases, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including deportation and removal cases.
Prepare and file legal documents, petitions, and applications related to immigration matters.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration issues.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
Manage and train support staff.
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law.
Experience in deportation, court appearances, and immigration proceedings.
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload.
Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking clients.
Salary range: From $150,000 per year.
