Job Description

The Immigration Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall administrative and organizational support to the team of attorneys and paralegals which comprises the Immigration Law Group at Meyner and Landis LLP

Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting attorneys and paralegals with respect to the preparation and filing of a variety of employment-based petitions, including gathering, organizing, and assembling into exhibits the supporting documents for: H-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, L-1s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1As, EB1Cs, and applications for Employment Authorization (EAD) and Advance Parole;

- Supporting attorney and paralegal teams with all pre- and post-filing administrative activities, including copying, scanning and coordinating uploads of a variety of filings and approval packages (and other related documents as-needed), and uploading scans to our cloud-based Case Management System

- Preparing written communications to Foreign Nationals regarding documents outstanding for any particular employment-based immigration filing;

- Assisting attorney and paralegal teams with updating Case Management System with activities completed pre- and post-filing of petitions and applications;

- Assisting attorney and paralegal teams with entering filing data upon completion of a variety of filings; and

- Coordinating and preparing Public Access Files for H-1B petitions

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience working with an immigration law firm, business immigration experience is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills;

- Strong communications skills; and

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
