Our law firm client needs two (2) labor & employment associate attorneys to join their expanding L & E practice in Newark, New Jersey. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of current L&E experience assisting with the defense of employment claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant enforcement, defense, and trad secret prosecution and defense in State and/or federal courts. Responding candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the NY and NJ Bar and have strong academic credentials and have a solid understanding of employment laws, Equal Pay Act, be familiar with HR counselling and much more. Candidates must also have excellent research and writing skills along with excellent verbal communication skills.
