Job Title: Landscape Architect – Placemaking & Hardscape Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect with a strong background in placemaking and hardscape design to join our dynamic team. This role involves contributing to a wide variety of land development projects across sectors such as mixed-use, residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret local codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to project sites.
• Design and develop site plans for a diverse range of project types.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed hardscape and landscape designs tailored to each project’s unique needs.
• Produce high-quality graphics, plans, and construction documents using advanced software tools.
• Support the achievement of design goals and project deadlines.
• Monitor and manage project time and expenses effectively.
• Develop critical thinking skills and expand knowledge in construction, design, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in land development with a focus on placemaking and hardscape.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software. Experience with Civil 3D is preferred; SITEOPS experience is a plus.
• Professional license or registration is highly preferred.
• Excellent work ethic and a client-focused approach to design and project delivery.
