Carlson Law Group, Inc. is looking for a Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of experience. The successful applicant will have case handling responsibilities under supervision by senior attorneys. Prior deposition and mediation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate matters
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate transactions
Review and analyze purchase agreements, disclosures, title reports, escrow documents.
Prepare legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and lease agreements
Represent clients in real estate litigation matters
Provide risk management services
Prepare pleadings and discovery
Attend depositions and mediations
Prepare cases for trial
Experience
One to five years of experience as an attorney
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
Proficient in legal research using platforms such as Westlaw
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to draft complex legal documents
Experience with preparing leases and purchase agreements
Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as contact management and case tracking and billing software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
