Job Description

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our valued law firm client in Cleveland, OH. If you have prior litigation experience involving insurance defense, civil litigation, torts, commercial litigation, this would be an ideal position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare discovery and requests, letters, subpoenas and other legal correspondence
• Electronic filing of court pleadings in various states and jurisdictions
• Assist with trial prep and utilization of e-discovery tools
• Summarize depositions, medical records and coordinate expert witnesses
• Manage paper and electronic files
• Prepare trial binders
• Prepare client summary reports

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience is preferred
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Understanding of technical programs such as MS office and Excel is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team and independently
