We are a prestigious and client-focused law firm with offices in Manhattan, Long Island, and White Plains, specializing in complex litigation, including medical malpractice defense. Our firm is seeking talented attorneys to join our growing team at various levels: Associate, Senior Associate, and Of Counsel positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of medical malpractice litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client’s unique needs.
• Analyze complex medical records, interact with expert witnesses, and manage all aspects of case development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to ensure successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate: Minimum of 2 years of medical malpractice defense or related litigation experience.
• Senior Associate: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with significant case-handling and trial preparation responsibilities.
• Of Counsel: 8+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience, including trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead cases and teams.
• Strong understanding of medical and legal principles in malpractice defense.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
