What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):

• Case Wrangler: Keep case files in tip-top shape, deadlines in check, and everything exactly where it should be (and yes, we mean everything ).
• Legal Sleuth: Dive deep into legal research, draft rock-solid documents, and make sure discovery is anything but a mystery.
• Discovery Dynamo: Manage medical records, expert reports, and deposition materials like a pro. Know your way around interrogatories? Even better.
• People Person (With Boundaries): Liaise with clients, witnesses, and medical pros to gather the good stuff. Prepare for trial like it’s your favorite sport.
• Trial Day MVP: Prep trial binders, exhibits, and evidence like a boss. Be the cool, calm presence at depositions and court hearings.
• Medical Record Master: Review and summarize medical records like a detective with a stethoscope. Identify the key issues no one else catches.

Must-Haves:

• 2-3+ years of defense litigation experience, with a strong focus on medical malpractice.
• Confident with medical terminology and legal procedures.
• Transcription/dictation wizardry.
• Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills.
• Grace under pressure (you’ll shine when the pressure’s on).
