Mid-Level Trademark & Copyright Attorney – High-Profile Clients | New York, NY
A top-tier Am Law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with expertise in Trademark and Copyright Law to join its elite IP group in New York. Work directly with globally recognized brands on matters involving trademark prosecution, TTAB litigation, copyright enforcement, and international IP strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution
• Represent clients in TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings
• Manage global anti-counterfeiting and enforcement programs
• Provide legal advice on copyright registration and infringement
• Draft IP-related documents including licensing agreements and opinions
• Perform clearance and risk assessments for branding initiatives
• Support IP due diligence in M&A and other transactions

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in trademark and copyright law
• Demonstrated TTAB litigation experience
• Strong background in global IP portfolio management
• Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting law and enforcement tactics
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Eligible for admission in the firm’s New York office
