Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll

Location: Hanover, MD (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Duration: Long-Term Contract/ Fulltime

Pay rate: $70-75/hr on C2C

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll elements, tax setup, and Fast Formulas, and will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Requirements:

• Overall 14+ year of IT experience required, 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience
• Expertise in element configuration, tax rules, and Fast Formulas
• Experience with HDL/PBL and full-cycle implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Hanover, MD
