Our client, a leading industrial and specialty construction contractor, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their growing Lancaster, PA team.
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hourly employees across multiple branches, including union and non-union staff, while maintaining strong communication with branch managers and field teams. You’ll manage payroll for 2–3 branches independently, including multi-state operations, balancing data entry, reporting, and administrative responsibilities, while supporting the overall payroll team during a period of growth and expansion. This role is heavily data-focused but also requires collaboration with HR and field staff to resolve payroll questions and maintain compliance.
This position is open due to healthy company growth and a recent acquisition, providing stability and opportunities for professional development. With a hybrid work schedule, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of multi-branch payroll operations.
