Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical consultant supporting Medicare members and providers.
• Provide formulary guidance and explain drug information to internal teams.
• Act as a clinical resource for prescribing physicians, offering alternatives and clarifying drug-related questions.
• Perform outreach to providers and members to address medication adherence and access issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including medical directors and customer service teams.
• Guide members through coverage determination processes and review PBM decisions.
• Participate in training on drug formularies and the Inflation Reduction Act .

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Licensed in PA & NJ,5+ years of clinical experience,Bachelor’s in Pharmacy .
• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with 5+ years of clinical experience .
• Strong knowledge of drug information, safety, interactions, and formulary navigation .
• Comfort communicating via phone, email, and messaging platforms .
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
