We're currently seeking an experienced and detail-driven Production and Quality Manager to lead our facility operations with excellence and precision.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced manufacturing facility manager to oversee the day-to-day production operations of our bakery and warehouse and ensure SOPs are being adhered to. This role is responsible for leading sanitation efforts, enforcing and maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and keeping our facility running efficiently and safely. You’ll play a critical role in the quality, cleanliness, and productivity of everything we ship out.
