Job Description

Anna Sui is looking for an individual to inspect garments and accessories received in our warehouse, as well as assist projects in production and shipping departments which includes:

• Daily correspondence to update bulk status with the Production Manager and domestic manufacturers
• Perform visual & physical inspections of finished garments, and repair any damages
• Assess the quality level to meet the company's standards of fabric, color, style, designs, and print placement
• Review cutting tickets and order notion supplies
• Assist with the Shipping Manager in allocating orders and packing units for each customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of garment construction techniques/processes/alterations
• Demonstrated technical experience and expertise working with domestic suppliers and manufacturers
• Understanding of how to measure garments and excellent attention to small details
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable performing multifaceted production projects along with day-to-day activities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
