Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team! This position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Duties:

• Set up and operate production machinery used in card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timelines and in compliance with production schedules
• Follow quality service standards and safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient production environment
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to meet quality and output requirements
• Escalate any operational, quality, or customer-impacting issues to management promptly
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and assist in routine maintenance tasks
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals

Desired Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience operating production equipment is a plus, but not required, training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, if needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift materials as required

The approximate pay range for this position is between $12.32 and $17.60 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
