Job Description

We are a Traffic Signal Company is looking for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administration of multiple traffic signal, lighting, and ITS jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Coordination of equipment
  • Coordination of material
  • Project as-builts
  • Creating baseline and weekly schedules in Excel, Project and Primavera
  • Monthly billing and quantity tracking
  • Project profitability projections and cost to complete for WIP
  • 50% field, 50% office

Qualifications - Essential:

  • 2+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work outside for up to 10 hours per day without out climate control
  • Must be accountable
  • No higher education required
  • Driver's license required

Qualifications - Desirable:

  • 5+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work outside for up to 12 hours per day without out climate control
  • Must be accountable
  • Degree in construction management or engineering
  • EIT or PE license
