1) Quality Manager (Pharmaceutical experience must)

Location: Des Moines, IA

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical quality, with 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma (preferred).
• Knowledge/Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities; deep understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.

2) Director of Quality (Pharmaceutical experience)

Location: Des Moines, IA

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related; or any bachelor’s with 3+ years pharma GMP experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years pharma/FDA industry experience, with 3+ years in QA/Compliance; 7+ years preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of global regulatory and cGMP requirements, best practices, production operations.
• Skills: Leadership, project management, technical writing, communication, influencing.
• Other: Strong motivation to learn, ability to work independently, and consistent performance.
