Job Description

The Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and educates patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Meets competency expectations, including orientation and annual validation.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, and valid RN license.
• Certifications such as BLS, STABLE, NRP, and ACLS (preferred) are required within specified time frames.
• Work schedule is from 7 AM to 7 PM; full-time position.
