Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Payroll
The Senior HRIS Analyst supports global HR operations through the configuration, optimization, and integration of Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence modules. This role requires deep hands-on Workday expertise, particularly with migrations from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking, and experience supporting compliance-driven, multinational environments.
Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday Time, Scheduling, and Payroll modules; troubleshooting and resolving system issues; ensuring compliance with labor and timekeeping regulations; and partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to deliver process improvements and system enhancements. The role also involves creating documentation, analyzing data in Excel, and supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts.
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of Workday HCM experience, including Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence Management; proven experience leading system transitions; and strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Workday certification in relevant modules is preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
