💰 $65K-$75K Base + Uncapped Commission (Salary based on experience & skillset)

✅ Experience in IT recruitment (ideally Tech, but STEM backgrounds considered)
✅ 360 recruitment expertise (contract or perm)
✅ Proven Business Development skills
✅ A team player with exceptional communication skills
