We’re Hiring: Licensed Psychiatric Technician (Outpatient Behavioral Health)

📍 San Bernardino County, CA-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WEEKLY-BUT SAME SITE FOR THE DAY | 100% On-Site-

💼 Full-Time | Direct Hire

💲 $34–36/hr DOE

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays (about once a month or as needed)

About the Role

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Technician to join an outpatient behavioral health team in San Bernardino County. In this role, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health needs, helping to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients in a clinical setting.

What You’ll Do

Direct Patient Care

• Observe, evaluate, and monitor patients with psychiatric needs
• Provide emotional support and assist patients in meeting their treatment goals
• Facilitate and participate in therapeutic and group activities (e.g., medication education)
• Support psychiatrists with patient documentation and follow-up care
• Monitor vital signs and track progress or regression in patient behavior
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment, including de-escalation when needed

Collaboration & Documentation

• Maintain Medi-Cal compliant patient charts and accurate, timely records
• Communicate professionally with care teams to support patient progress
• Coordinate with pharmacies for refills and authorizations
• Work with colleagues to maximize resources for patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Current California Psychiatric Technician License (required)
• At least 2 years of outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to complete within 30 days of hire)
• Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative team player
