Job Description

Our client, an established organization in Stockton, CA is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join their team!

Salary: $70k - $90k

Responsibilities:

• Lead all store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, service, and product availability.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industrial products, including gases, welding equipment, and safety gear.
• Implement company policies and procedures; ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, expenses, and P&L reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail or industrial operations management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial gases, welding supplies, or similar technical products (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in inventory software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.
