12-Month Contract – Entry-Level Supply Chain Management Position

Location: Onsite in Dubuque, IA

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Environment: Office-Based

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Position Overview:

This full-time, entry-level role supports supply chain and procurement operations for experimental parts used in feasibility and durability builds. The role focuses on coordinating materials procurement through close collaboration with Engineering, Supply Management, and Experimental Shop teams. Requests are managed via a shared work queue.

Responsibilities also include:

• Ordering and tracking materials to ensure timely delivery
• Creating Material Masters and Extend Views in SAP
• Performing Material Movements within SAP
• Ensuring appropriate materials and quantities are ordered and received
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure workflow alignment

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics)
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Open to recent graduates or current students able to work 40 hours per week

Required Skills:

• Strong computer proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
