Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, components, and supplies.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for procurement.
• Analyze supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules to meet production timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, logistics) to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
