Job DescriptionPrimary contact between the organization and state unemployment agencies, responsible for receiving, analyzing, determining appropriate documentation, and responding to unemployment claim-related documents and state agency inquiries within regulatory time limits. Works independently to meet daily goals and project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and technical diligence.
