Now Hiring: 360° Staffing Recruiter | Abel Personnel | Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (DOE) + Commission

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated recruiter who thrives on connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities and building strong client partnerships? Abel Personnel is seeking an experienced 360° Staffing Recruiter to join our high-energy team in Harrisburg, PA.

This is a full-cycle recruiting position—ideal for someone who enjoys both sourcing top candidates and developing meaningful client relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving our growth while helping businesses in the Central PA region find their next great hire.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across administrative, customer service, finance, and professional roles
• Conduct outreach and meetings to obtain job orders from existing and prospective clients
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from intake to offer
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both clients and candidates
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team focused on excellence and service
• Meet and exceed performance goals with the opportunity to earn commission

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience
• Proven success in developing client relationships and generating job orders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with a drive for results and a passion for helping others succeed
• Comfort with phone outreach, interviews, and client presentations
