Location: South Bend, IN

Compensation: $100K+ | Full-Time | Strong Bonus Potential

We’ve partnered with a well-established, midsized distribution company that’s a category leader in the food and beverage space. They’re looking to bring on a results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, build team capability, and ensure efficient production and distribution from their flagship South Bend location.

This is an onsite leadership role that blends strategy and execution—ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead both people and process.

What You’ll Own:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory, production support
• Directly manage salaried team members (Production and Shipping/Receiving leads)
• Track and optimize key performance metrics (labor, downtime, order accuracy, on-time delivery)
• Drive process improvements to boost safety, productivity, and quality
• Coordinate production planning with Sales and Customer Service teams
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and food safety standards (FSQA, GMP, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in warehousing, production, or distribution leadership
• Strong operational background with experience leading salaried and hourly teams
• Comfortable using ERP/WMS systems and tracking operational KPIs
• Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30, or relevant certifications
• Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, or SQF requirements
