Job Summary:

The Warehouse Trucking Inbound and Outbound Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all truck-related activities for inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. This role ensures that all transportation operations are executed efficiently, shipments are received and dispatched on time, and all trucking documentation is accurate and compliant. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact between the warehouse and third-party carriers, ensuring seamless logistics flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments with trucking companies, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor arrival and departure times of trucks, ensuring on-time loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, manifests, and freight documentation.
• Communicate daily with carriers to confirm availability, resolve delays, and track loads.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and outgoing shipments against sales orders or delivery requests.
• Ensure dock scheduling is optimized for efficiency and minimal congestion.
• Use and operate in multiple management platforms and communication systems
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with the client, trucking and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of TMS and/or ERP systems is a plus.
