Part-Time Nanny with Travel Flexibility for High-Profile Family (Kinnelon, NJ)
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for additional hours as needed)
Potential to transition into a full-time role based on fit and trust
Compensation:
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime pay provided during travel

A prominent, high-profile family in Kinnelon, NJ is seeking a warm, mature, and highly professional part-time nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. The role offers a rare opportunity to travel both within the U.S. and internationally—including to the UK—while supporting a dynamic, creative household.
This position is ideal for someone with strong infant care experience, excellent discretion, and a flexible schedule who thrives in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old (feeding, changing, soothing, etc.)
Support an engaged parent during short home shifts (e.g., while preparing for meetings or travel)
Accompany the family on domestic and international trips (passport required)
Maintain a clean, safe nursery and ensure baby items are organized and sanitized
Collaborate respectfully with other household staff and maintain clear communication with the parent
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience caring for newborns/infants in private homes
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Valid passport and ability to travel frequently, including internationally
CPR/First Aid certified
Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Professional references (3–5) required
Must be comfortable in a high-energy home with a creative, travel-heavy work schedule
