We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.

Summary:

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role will identify, recruit, and screen potential team members for specific positions at Hiwin Corporation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process;
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions, salary ranges and hiring criteria;
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization;
  • Works with and manages the relationship with external staffing agencies, when necessary to help fill open roles;
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields;
  • Manages the job postings and advertisement processes;
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates;
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials;
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders while also collecting feedback if placement is unsuccessful;
  • Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds;
  • Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary;
  • Collaborates with the President, the hiring manager and the human resource team during the offer process, recommending and identifying compensation, start dates, and other pertinent details;
  • Ensures compliance with all involved through the recruitment process of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Educates leaders on any updates on the laws and regulations as needed;
  • Researches, identifies, attends and participates in job fairs, campus events and other networking opportunities;
  • Collaborates and performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development;
  • Assists in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of team member handbook, and contributes to the development of policies;
  • Assists with all company orchestrated social events including picnics, holiday parties, and department lunches.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics;
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles;
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment;
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems;
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required;
  • At least two years of human resources or related experience required;
  • Specific Recruiter certification, like LinkedIn Recruiter or SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred;
  • Any Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP, HRCI, etc.) a plus.
