Role: SAP Asset/Lease Accounting Functional Consultant |BA

Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Person with S/4 Experience with sound exposure in ECC Asset and Lease/Cost accounting

2) Exposure of system conversion from ECC to S/4 in terms of ECC Asset and Lease/Cost accounting configurations and master/transaction data set up and processing

3) Business Analysis - Ability to document As is BPD( Business process diagrams ) and document To be process with delta changes

• SAP Asset/Lease accounting, RE-FX and Contract Lifecycle Management Experience of 6+ years with at least 1-2 end-to-end implementation
• Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners.
• Experience with both ECC and S/4 implementation
• Hands-on experience with upgrade for compliance with Accounting Standard Codification 842 and IFRS16
• Ability to Integrated Contracts with Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Banking, Plant Maintenance
• Understanding Right Of Use Assets, Interest Calculation on Finance Leases and Operational Lease Expense
• Integrating data to update Contract Valuations seamlessly through Sales and Expense Settlements
• Gather all requirements using standard processes and ability to custom solution specific business needs
• Validate technical requirements during the design phase.
• Support technical development team during the software implementation.
• Help with data prep to support various testing phases, to support RE-FX lease and asset accounting modules. This includes data prep in S/4 BRIM and ECC system
• Validate the detailed outcomes of the service management changes with Product Owners, Solution Architect, peer Business Analysts and functional/Technical team to ensure everything is as per user agreed requirement specifications.
• Validate the detailed outcomes of the asset and lease accounting solution after the change, with customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations
• Support testing team to execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests across BRIM, ECC components including own customization and software developments for Asset/lease accounting.
• Coordinate user acceptance tests with the customer and testing team.
• Deliver ongoing support to business users, including training, to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems and asset/lease accounting tools.
