Job Requirements/Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering).
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in formulation or product development (internships or lab experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of general science, chemistry, and physics principles.
• Ability to safely operate lab equipment and instruments.
• Assist in developing and reformulating products using scientific principles and modern lab equipment.
• Support pilot batch preparation, scale-up trials, and data collection for process optimization.
• Help create and maintain manufacturing documentation including batch records, deviations, and change controls.
• Participate in troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with technical staff to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain consistent attendance and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
