The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing the hotel’s sales team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved. The Senior Sales Manager collaborates closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction.
