Position Summary Excite Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and information security, be adept at keeping up with industry trends, and demonstrate forward-thinking regarding technology. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Chief Technology Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure the effective and secure implementation of technology solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability, while providing strategic direction for the credit union’s technology initiatives. The Chief Technology Officer will also ensure that all technology systems are secure and compliant with industry standards, collaborate with different departments to identify and meet their technological needs, and stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the credit union.
